Pulaski Family Escapes Thanksgiving Day Fire Print E-mail
David Grimes

A family is safe after escaping a Thanksgiving Day morning fire that heavily damaged their Pulaski home.

According to the Pulaski Fire Department, firefighters were called to a reported structure fire in the 1100 block of High Street around 9 a.m. Thursday morning.

The fire, which did an estimated $67,000 in damages, appeared to have started by an electrical short in the attic, according to the town’s fire marshal.

The owners and their four children were able to get out safely.
