Angela Y. Howard of Blacksburg was sentenced to three years in prison, with two years and nine months suspended, for possession of cocaine. Her driver’s license was suspended for six months and she was placed on three years of supervised probation and must pay court costs in the amount of $865. Two of charges of contempt of court were dismissed.

Michael J. Sansone of Staffordsville was sentenced to three years in prison, all suspended, for possession of cocaine. His driver’s license was suspended for six months and he was also placed on two years of supervised probation. In addition, he must pay $1160. in court costs. A second charge of contempt of court was dismissed.

Andrew Mitchell Haga of Dublin was sentenced to 10 years in prison, all suspended, for grand larceny. He was also placed on three years of supervised probation and must pay a $500 fine, in addition to $385 in court costs. A second charge of enter building to commit A&B, etc was not prosecuted.

Stuart Greenwood of Midlothian was sentenced to 12 months in jail on an amended charge of assault and battery. He was originally charged with malicious assault. He must also pay court costs ion the amount of $622. He was also sentenced to five years in prison, with four years and five months suspended, for assault and battery on a law enforcement officer. Both sentences will run concurrent.

Donna Means of Radford was sentenced to 10 years in prison, with nine years, 11 months and 21 days suspended, for possession of cocaine. Her driver’s license was suspended for six months, she was also placed on five years of supervised probation and she was fined $600 and must also pay court costs in the amount of $706.50. She was also sentenced to 30 days in jail for possession of cocaine and her driver’s license was suspended for six months. Both sentences will run concurrent.

Amanda Starr Thomas of Radford was sentenced to five years in prison for sell/distribute Schedule III drug. She was also placed on four years of supervised probation, must pay a fine of $100 and $1580. in court costs.

Tabitha D. Hall of Radford was sentenced to 10 years in prison, all suspended, for food stamp fraud. She was also placed on five years of supervised probation and must pay court costs in the amount of $1105, in addition to $11,010 in restitution. On a second charge of food stamp fraud, she was sentenced to 10 years in prison, all suspended, plus five years of supervised probation. On a third charge of food stamp fraud, she was sentenced to 10 years in prison, all suspended, plus five years of supervised probation. A fourth charge of medical assistance fraud was not prosecuted. All three of her sentences will run concurrent.
