Pulaski Man Arrested For Breaking Into School Print E-mail

A 19-year-old Pulaski man is behind bars after he was caught breaking into the Southwest Virginia Governor’s School Tuesday morning in Pulaskl.

According to the Pulaski Police Department, Christopher Justin Stump was charged with breaking and entering and grand larceny. He is being held at the New River Valley Regional Jail without bond.

Stump, who broke into the school, which is located at 100 Northwood Drive, had computer equipment and several other stolen items in his possession when caught.

Stump is scheduled for a preliminary hearing in Pulaski County General District Court on Feb. 24, 2009 at 1 p.m.
