A Blacksburg man will serve two years of a 10-year sentence for forgery after being sentenced in Radford Circuit Court.
Ethan Tyree Charlton of Blacksburg was sentenced on two counts of forgery. On each charged, he received five (5) years in jail with four years (4) suspended. He was also placed on 3 years of supervised probation for each charge and must make restitution in the amount of $169.67. Both sentences were ordered to run consecutively. A third forgery charge was not prosecuted. Jeremy Logan Dean of Pulaski was sentenced to 10 years for grand larceny. He will have to serve six months in jail, as nine years and six months of the sentenced was suspended. He was also placed on five years of supervised probation and must pay $485.95 in restitution. Autumn Elizabeth Weeks of Radford was sentence to 20 years in prison with all 20 years suspended for conspiring to manufacture methamphetamine. Her driver’s license was also suspended for six months and she was placed on five years of supervised probation and was fined $500. A second charge of allowing a child to be present was not prosecuted. Trista G. Francisco of Blacksburg was sentenced to 12 months in jail, with all 12 months suspended, on five charges of bad checks. The sentence was ordered to run consecutively. She also must make restitution in the amount of $204.11
