Governor Throws Strike!

Governor Timothy Kaine threw the first pitch, a strike, to open the Mariner's game in Pulaski's Calfee Park, on Friday at 7 p.m.

The Governor had started in D.C. this morning, making several stops throughout Virginia. Only his pilot had been with him all day, as his photographer and others joined him at Calfee.

While it took him some time to convince a trio of 7 year-olds that he really is the Governor of Virginia, he was inundated with
