2.  A Conditional Use Permit request by Dwelling Place Christian Fellowship for property located at 3325 N. Franklin Street (tax parcel 406 – ((A)) – 13) for a private school in the B-3 General Business District.

3.  A Conditional Use Permit request by Bishop Townhomes, Inc. for property located at 65 Salem Lane (tax parcel 498 – ((19)) – 27) for a professional office in the R-3 Multi-Family Residential District.
