A Radford Grand Jury handed down 135 indictments against 55 individuals last Friday. The charges ranged from robbery to drug possession.
Those indicted include: Tony D. Anders was indicted for grand larceny. Travis B. Baker was indicted for breaking and entering and for grand larceny. Cindy L. Bennett was indicted for forgery and/or uttering and for obtaining money/property by false pretenses. Antonio M. Billings was indicted on three counts of robbery, four counts of using a firearm in commission of a felony, and one count of malicious wounding. James E. Brown was indicted for burglary, two counts of assault and battery against a police officer and one count of attempting to disarm a police officer. Ethan T. Charlton was indicted on three counts of forgery. Stanley E. Curry was indicted on three counts of forge/utter public record and once count of receiving stolen property/3rd or subq. Nicholas R. Darnell was indicted for burglary, two counts of grand larceny and two counts of conspire to commit grand larceny. Daniella D. Deangelis was indicted on two counts of grand larceny and two counts of conspire to commit grand larceny. Dominique N. Decample was indicted for conceal/take possession of merchandise/3rd. Marcole S. Ebron was indicted on three counts of robbery, three counts of using a firearm in commission of a felony, and one count of malicious wounding. Trista G. Francisco was indicted of four counts of issuing bad checks-third offense. Derek T. Griggs was indicted on two counts of distribution of cocaine. Andrew M. Haga was indicted for breaking and entering and for grand larceny. Tabatha D. Hall was indicted on three counts of food stamps fraud and once count of medical assistance fraud. Clarence R. Harris was indicted for possession with intent to distribute marijuana. Heather R. Howell was indicted for distribute imitation controlled substance and for distribute a schedule III drug. Stephen M, Humble was indicted two counts of forgery and/or uttering and for two counts of obtaining money by false pretenses. Jennifer L. Jackson was indicted for grand larceny as an accessory and for conspiring to commit grand larceny. Cody M. Johnson was indicted for two counts of burglary and for two counts of grand larceny. Douglas P. Kemp, Jr., was indicted for grand larceny, conspiring to commit grand larceny and for burglary. Christopher A. Keys was indicted for aggravated malicious wounding. George E. Linkous was indicted for failing to perform promise for construction. Eran Martin was indicted for leaving the scene of an accident with injury/damage. Kevin L. Martin was indicted petit larceny-3rd offense and for eluding police. Gene R. Meadows was indicted for assault and battery against a police officer. Randall L. Meadows was indicted for aggravated malicious wounding. Donna Means was indicted for possession of cocaine and for possession of marijuana. Schemil D. Means was indicted for driving after being judge a habitual offender/2nd or subseq. Offense and for eluding police. Jason S. Minnick was indicted for assault and battery on a police officer. Joel D. Mitchell was indicted for grand larceny and for conspire to commit grand larceny. Robert Morris was indicted for distribution of methadone. Bobby O. Nelson was indicted for possession of cocaine and for possession of marijuana. Meredith C. Newcomb was indicted for possession of cocaine. Lisa Ann Odell was indicted for attempt to manufacture methamphetamine. Eugene Phelps was indicted for distribute marijuana (less than ½ ounce). Jeremiah I. Queen was indicted for breaking and entering and for grand larceny. Monica J. Rivens was indicted for possession of cocaine. Cecil R. Roop was indicted for petit larceny – 3rd or subseq. offense. Jillian P. Rubbicco was indicted for destruction of property. Kenna R. Rummell was indicted for obtaining money by false pretenses. Delonte B. Samuels was indicted on two counts of distribution of cocaine and for two counts of distribution of cocaine within 1,000 feet of a school. Christopher J. Smith was indicted for driving after being judged an habitual offender –2nd or subseq. offense. Stuart G. Smith was indicted for aggravated malicious wounding and for assault and battery on a police officer. Charles A. Tabor was indicted for providing false information to purchase a firearm. Amanda S. Thomas was indicted for possession with intent to distribute cocaine, conspire to distribute cocaine, sell drugs within 1,000 feet of a school, possession with intent to distribute a schedule III drug, and possession with intent to distribute a schedule IV drug. Jessica M. Thompson was indicted for forgery and/or uttering and for obtain money/property by false pretenses. Gabriella W. Ushinski was indicted on two counts of grand larceny and two counts of conspire to commit grand larceny. Robert G. Vazquez was indicted for possession with intent to distribute morphine. Allen F. Wagner was indicted for breaking and entering, grand larceny and conspire to commit grand larceny. Ronald E. Walker, Jr., was indicted for possession of cocaine. Christopher W. Wall was indicted for malicious throw a missile at an occupied vehicle, attepted arson of personal property and for destruction of property. Jessica R. Ward was indicted on two counts of forgery and/or uttering and for two counts of obtain money by false pretenses. Morgan M. Whitely was indicted for forging a public record and for identity fraud. Kevin D. Woolwine was indicted for obtaining money by false pretenses. Abel T. Yarborough was indicted on three counts of burglary and three counts of grand larceny.
