The man who was a suspect in the Floyd County murder, which took place last Thursday night, was taken into custody Wednesday night after being found in Martinsville. Virginia State Police and the U.S. Marshal’s Service captured Joshua Hairston, 18, who is suspected of killing Sean Neumann at his Check residence in Floyd County. Hairston was located at a residence in Martinsville, according to Sgt. Rob Carpentieri of the Virginian State Police. Details surrounding the shooting are not being released by the police, who are citing an ongoing investigation. Hairston, who has been charged with murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, is being held at the New River Regional Jail without bond.
