Auburn High School Earns top Honors For Promoting Foreign Exchange Program |

Through its efforts to foster cultural awareness by promoting the foreign exchange program, Auburn High school has earned the distinction of Education First Foundation for Foreign Study “School of the Year” Award.
AHS has hosted students from countries such as Korea, Italy, Germany, Greenland, and Brazil to name a few. The school received a commemorative plaque, which is on display in the office, for this accomplishment. This year, EF Foundation honored 32 American high schools with the School of the Year Award, chosen from more than 2,000 schools. Schools were nominated by their local coordinators or program support manager based on their commitment to foreign exchange and the support they have provided EF Foundation exchange students.
