Three Pulaski County residents are facing robbery-related charges following an attempted robbery in the Little Creek area of Pulaski County.
Thomas Christopher Hurst, 21, of Pulaski was charged with attempted robbery and conspiring to commit a robbery. William Keith Worrell, 26, and Danielle Marrea Bryant, 20, both of Pulaski were charged with conspiring to a commit a robbery. According to Pulaski County Sheriff Jim Davis, Hurst allegedly entered Jim’s Grocery, which is located in the Little Creak area, at around 6 p.m. and demanded money from the clerk. Hurst indicated that he had a weapon, but no weapon was actually visible to the clerk. When the clerk failed to give Hurst any money, he fled the store and got into a vehicle where two other people, a male and female, were waiting and left. A short time later, Pulaski County Deputy D.S. Cressell observed the vehicle, which contained the three suspects. Following an investigation by the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Department, the trio was charged. All three are due back in Pulaski County General District Court on June 30 for their preliminary hearing. The investigation is continuing.
