State Police Searching for Missing Child |

The Virginia State Police have issued an alert for a missing child, missing from her Charlottesville home. They are looking for Lorena Sanchez-Toledo, Hispanic female, age 12, 5 feet tall, 150 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. She was last seen wearing blue jeans and an unknown-colored shirt. The child is believed to be in danger and was last seen leaving her home in the Meadows neighborhood of Charlottesville.
The child may be in the company of Jeremias Chagala Mil, a Hispanic male, age 31, height 5 feet, 4 inches, and weight 150 pounds. He is believed to be driving a 1997 Red Mitsubishi with Virginia license KDW-8874. The Charlottesville Police believe that they may have left the area.
