Pulaski County High School Student Charged Following Wednesday's Lockdown PDF Print E-mail
Written by David Grimes

Wednesday’s modified lockdown at Pulaski County High School has led to a 16-year-old student being charged with communicating a false threat in writing.

The male student was taken into custody around 11:30 a.m. this morning.

According to Pulaski County Sheriff Jim Davis, graffiti was found in the boy's bathroom at the high school Wednesday shortly after noon. The school then went on a “modified lockdown” at 12:17 p.m.

Police and school officials described the threat as low-level and was not aimed at any one person.
Polce say they do not expect any further arrests to be made.
