Public Meeting Planned to Take Comments on Long-Range Transportation Plan PDF Print E-mail

July 24th from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at The New River Valley Competitiveness Center in Radford. The New River Valley Planning District Commission, in cooperation with the Virginia Department of Transportation, will host a public meeting to introduce and gain feedback on the region’s rural long range transportation plan. The meeting will be held in an open-house format on Thursday, July 24.  Maps illustrating potential growth areas and transportation needs will be available for comment and Planning District Commission staff will be in attendance to discuss the planning process.
