As the Presidential Primaries start to wind down, and it becomes increasingly obvious that we will know who the nominees for both parties are, one has to ask themselves if they like what they are hearing from any of the candidates. |

At some point this week I visited several websites with message boards focusing on the Volvo strike. While visiting a few sites, the mention of religion and Christianity has come up in posts with respect to the strike. It was mentioned in a couple of the forums that the two - religion and the strike - shouldn't be discussed in the same forum. It was suggested that maybe "another forum should be created". Imagine that............."another forum". Regardless, it did set me to thinking. What does the Bible say about Labor Unions and strikes, if anything? |

(Note: I wrote this Sunday night but have not posted it due to the fact that as each day passes, I believed the strike would be settled the following day. Obviously, it hasn't.........so here goes.) In between times of updating the site last evening because of the fires and high winds, I took some time to read the many postings, on several websites (including this one) about the UAW strike at Volvo. A great many of the comments can be summed up in one word - entertainment. |

Cheap Shots............so well named. And an idea that came from a friend of mine in another part of the country. But I did something different than most people these days. I actually called him and asked could I use the name, and clearly defined what I would be using it for. You'd be surprised how many times, in the online world, people steal your branding and your content. It's a fact of doing business online. But, I digress. |
