Through forward-looking leadership and an effective marketing program, the Alliance will recruit businesses and industries that both benefit from, and contribute to, the quality of life of the citizens of the New River Valley. The primary consideration of the Alliance is quality of life, which is inextricably linked with a strong economy, challenging and high paying jobs, high quality educational institutions, robust infrastructures, an effective transportation system, a comprehensive health care system, a safe environment, and cultural resources that are relevant and responsive to the diverse interests and backgrounds of the Valley's citizenry. |
