Description: To develop a better, more accessible, humane and limited kill shelter for the county of Giles, which will support higher adoption rates, and responsible ownership. Promote humane education throughout the county of Giles, Virginia and the New River Valley. Increase awareness of responsible breeding and responsible ownership throughout the New River Valley. Develop a spay/neuter and vaccination program for low-income families with pets. Support and encourage other animal welfare organizations, both within the New River Valley and the state of Virginia.
