Description:

The Early Learning Center is a licensed and NAEYC accredited laboratory school on the New River Community College Campus.  The center presently operates for three-, four-, and five-year olds from 7:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., Monday through Friday.  A half-day program for four hours a day is also available.

The major purpose of the Early Learning Center is to provide a diversified, developmentally appropriate program for children.  It is also a supportive service to students, faculty, and staff, as well as the community.   Other services of the program are a practicum setting  for student interns in Child Care, ongoing education and support groups for parents, and opportunities for parent involvement.

7:45am to 5:15pm. morning program available also. 3-5 year olds. 1/2 day program available. Accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children
