Promote humane education throughout the county of Giles, Virginia and the New River Valley. Increase awareness of responsible breeding and responsible ownership throughout the New River Valley. Develop a spay/neuter and vaccination program for low-income families with pets. Support and encourage other animal welfare organizations, both within the New River Valley and the state of Virginia. |
