Services provided are directed toward the assessment, treatment, or prevention of psychological and behavior problems. Referrals may be made by agencies, professional, or the individual. Direct Services to individuals, couples, and families generally include: intellectual and psychological assessments; marital and/or family problems; depression; anxiety; eating disorders; sexual difficulties; social skills and assertiveness. Specialized Clinics include:Anxiety Disorder Clinic, specializes in anxiety, phobias, and panic attacks. Child Treatment Clinic specializes in psychological and behavior problems in infants, children and adolescents. Neuropsychological Clinic provides examination of behavior correlates of brain functioning to determine difficulties and helps develop rehabilitation strategies. Psychophysiology Clinic provides preventive and therapeutic services for psychosocial aspects including tension and migraine headaches, weight control, hypertension, smoking and chronic pain. |
