			<description>I appreciate the Clerk of Court offering this public service.  It is nice to see a public official follow through with a promise.  Thanks to to the Clerk's office for informing the public about what changes are upcoming for citizens that frequent the office.  I personally have always have been turned away in the Courthouse when asking for a Notary and told to go elsewhere.  Kudos to our new Clerk for making this happen. - Clerk's office user</description>

			<title>court changes</title>

			<description>I'm sure there's logic in NOT providing notary services for documents to be recorded at the court house, such as deeds, etc.; the other services are appreciated.  However, I feel that if, for instance, a buyer and seller of land (or family's transfers, etc.) want to &quot;seal&quot; the deal, what better place? In actuality, there are few needs for notarization, other than the very ones that are not offered.  - citizen</description>
