US Cellular/Roanoke

With all due respect, where does this article come from? US Cellular is, from personal experience, not dependable; no "outgoing" zones in the Riner area (for example); "feedback"/return calls are often delayed by 2 or more days; I can prove it. Besides, Roanoke is not part of the NRV, thank goodness. The concept is admirable, but being mixed with public relations, this article is advertising, basically, for US Cellular; not newsworthy. Besides, instructions are antiquated; most cells have a one-button call number, and/or a one-button, audibly accessed call-number. Age-groupings are important; diverse training according to age. - citizen
