			<description>If it smells fishy, it typically is.  When the areas biggest developer is selling to the county, over the assessed value, AND getting credit for a gift... It would seem that the developer stands to benefit in many ways.  1- getting more money for something than it is worth, 2- the developer is given credit for his &quot;Gift&quot; thereby implying he is doing the county a favor.  3- Due to #2, being &quot;owed a favor&quot; by the county at some point in the future.  Seems the &quot;Good Ole' Boy Network&quot; is alive and well in Montgomery County.  Perhaps the board of supervisors missed the details on this one because they were out shoe shopping again. - Scott Stevens</description>

			<title>No Small Change</title>

			<description>Earlier this year the supervisors agreed to a plan for a new courthouse and parking lot that did NOT include a need for additional land.  So what happened and why are they paying a premium to one of the areas largest developers?  At full value, this represents 2.24% over assessment, and at cash value this represents 1.52% over assessment.   - NRV In Disbelief</description>
