I do not see how the comment "what goes around, comes around" can be seriously taken as a threat?

Looking at the facts. This Dominguez person claims wrong things were done and filed legal recourse. So in definition of this phrase, wouldn't it's meaning be that if Dominguez's behavior is of any insulting character to others in where they feel harrassed on the job, they may also file legal recourse against her? Which also means that the person speaking is claiming to have the same rights this Dominguez person has.

How can that be threatening unless Dominguez would be at fault in behavior toward others to deserve such legal recourse?

The poster has every right to say "what goes around, comes around" in this case or else they would be denied their legal rights and equal protection under the law.

I agree with the editor, no name calling, stop the abuse now.

The strike is over and you all have been blessed to move on and go back to the line.

I know what this woman has started may not be agreeable to everyone, but in the US everyone is entitled to be heard.

I do feel sorry for her. Look once again, Volvo workers are threatening co-workers. Why is it you feel you can behave this way. So some of you are Union some are not. I am happy you all get to go back to work.

"WinnY" you have personally made it known she will suffer the price for her concern. That is poor taste but again, shows what SOME AND I MEAN ONLY A FEW are made of.

Can someone tell me how this is suppose to be okay. How so many employees are allowed to possible cause issues for this woman.

Good wishes for each of you returning to work. Remember we are Americans, do not act like those who attacked our country on Sept 11. We are Americans. We need to act better. - Name Calling

Please understand that this forum is not intended for users to make personal attacks and accusations towards individuals. There is clearly enough of that elsewhere. If you dislike or like what someone is doing then you should show your support or dislike for what they are doing. There is no need for name-calling and personal attacks. We won't post these any longer. Thank you for your cooperation. - Editor

I'm sorry, but she is a scab. She betrayed her coworkers the same as the acts of treason conducted by Benedict Arnold. I haven't heard that she is turning down the benefits won by the Union as a result of the strike and despite her activity to thwart the Union's efforts to see that she would have a safer work place with continued benefits befitting any worker. Her actions may be legal but so is abortion. That doesn't make it moral or right and it is still a betrayal of the other 2600 workers that chose to exercise their right to strike. She was and is a freerider that will take all she can get because of the willingness of her coworkers to fight for a safer place to work and not lose any benefits. This Commonwealth of ours has chosen to be a Right to Scab state due to lobbying efforts of corporations that have won over our law makers. The Unions are required by law to represent every worker covered under their contract thereby recognising the benefit of the Union and then it allows those same workers to free ride and to scab. Those 2600 strikers have something to be proud of because they stuck it out and showed comaraderie that is unusual in this day and age, despite efforts to thwart their determination to ensure the future of all workers. I am sorry someone chose to throw nails in her driveway but it could have been anyone, even someone else she has crossed in like manner or she could have done it herself. - Joe Davis, Jr

awwwwwwwwww!! Cry me a river. Looks like a page ripped straight out of "The Wolf who cried Boy". I hope you really don't believe the whole world is against the poor, poor lady. You did hit the nail on the head, looks like a frivalous lawsuit to me. Sort of like the lady that filed a lawsuit because her coffee was hot. - Just Me

Who are these "right to work" people? Is there a law suit in the works? This poor poor woman. What an awful future she has in front of her. She has to work with 2600 people that won't even talk to her, and if she needs the police, I wonder if they will come? Maybe a fat settlement will secure her future, and she can move away from all these bad people. I'm sure if the Pulaski Police Dept. need any defense funds, Local 2069 will be more than happy to contribute. - miller newman
