Per Carlsson also wrote a "thank you" letter addressing the 300 people who came out from the front offices and to all the scabs who crossed the line to get production running again. The thank you letter was a massive slap in the union's face and goes to show that Volvo will do what they want, the volvo way. In conclusion, its a FACT that the competition has PROVEN 2010 engine technology without the use of UREA exhaust after treatment. Come 2010, Volvo will be at a significant disadvantage to the competition because upper level management made a terrible mistake not to develop a similar solution. Who's going to buy these trucks then?

Instead of hireing engineers and designers, its better to have many people who are excellent at creating slide shows and excell spreadsheets filled with useless graphs, charts, and other non-sensical multi-colored data. Place more emphasis on completeing useless surveys than on having the time and manpower to properly design and build quality products. The writing on the walls couldn't be any clearer. On one had we have a Horse, and on the other.... we have glue. - tommy lee
