Saturday, February 9th, The Radford Parks and Recreation Deptartment will be hosting its second Annual St. Valentine’s Day Sweetheart Dance at the Norwood Room on East Main Street. There will be a buffet from 6:30-7:30 p.m., hors devours and a cash bar through out the dance from 8 – 12 midnight.
