October 5th at 12:00pm at Margaret Beeks Elementary School in Blacksburg. In celebration of Virginia Tech homecoming. The fun run begins at noon and the 5K begins at 1 p.m. Day of registration available between 9 a.m. and noon. Trophies awarded in various age groups in the 5K, ribbons to the winners of the fun run. Rain or shine. The cost is $15, 5K early registration by noon October 2nd, $5 for fun run early registration, $20 for 5K late registration and $10 for fun run late registration.
