The Town of Pulaski is hosting Pulaski Fest on Saturday, September 8, 2007. The day will begin at 8:00 a.m. with the Farmer’s Market at the Train Station where they will be offering many items for sale and a pancake breakfast. Additionally, the Flea Market will be in full swing at the Maple Shade Parking lot. Then starting at 9:00 a.m. in Jackson Park there will be many activities for the kids in the play section, vendors will be selling craft and food items, a health clinic will be provided by Pulaski Community Hospital, entertainment, and much more.
The Town of Pulaski, Pulaski County and Turman Log Homes is pleased to present the Paul Bunyan Lumberjack Show as the feature show for Pulaski Fest 2007. This action-packed Lumberjack Show features log rolling, log rolling dogs, chopping, sawing, axe throwing, dragster chainsaw, and tree climbing. All with World Champion Lumberjacks, and much, much more! The Paul Bunyan Lumberjack Show is a historical, educational, humorous show, filled with audience participation. The Paul Bunyan Lumber Jack will offer three shows at Calfee Park. Show times will be 10:00 a.m., 12 noon, and 2:30 p.m. Due to generosity of the sponsors the cost of the show is only $1.00 per person.
