A presentation on the impact of opening a new school to replace Elliston-Lafayette or opening a consolidated school to include Shawsville and Elliston Lafayette will be just one of the many topics scheduled to be discussed at the monthly meeting of the Montgomery School Board on Tuesday night, Oct. 2, starting at 7:30 p.m. The school board meets at the Adminstrative Offices on Junkin Street in Christiansburg. Also on Tuesday’s agenda is a Technology Update, Discussion of the Blacksburg Traffic Study and recognition of Accredited Schools.
