Saturday, October 25th beginning at 1:00pm. Virginia Tech Family Day. A day set aside for parents to visit with their Virginia Tech student. Activites begin in Squires Student Center at 9:00 am and run throughout the day with University and Town of Blacksburg events to participate in. We encourage local Blacksburg businesses to participate by offering special deals for families visiting, decorating their storefronts with "welcome parents"signs, making Blacksburg a welcome community for VT families.
