October 3rd at 6:00pm at the Cassell Coliseum Steps. The Student Alumni Associates of the Virginia Tech Alumni Association encourage fans to come out and show their support to Coach Beamer and the team as they prepare for the homecoming game against Western Kentucky. Featuring the Hokie Bird, cheerleaders, High Techs, Highty-Tighties, Dance Company at Virginia Tech, the Flaming VT and the Low Techs. Plus free giveaways and great prizes, 2008 HokieZone "Top Ten" shirts (for sale for $10 and some will be thrown out to the crowd"), best Coach Foster Half Time Speech competition, the Lunchpail Van and introduction of the 2008 Homecoming Court. Fan parking will be available in the Cassell lot.
