This Friday, May 16th at 4:00pm. The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office will host the 4th Annual Police Memorial Ceremony on the front lawn of the Montgomery County Courthouse in downtown Christiansburg. Montgomery County Commonwealth Attorney Bradley Finch will be the featured speaker. The ceremony will honor officers who lost their lives during 2007 and will�remember those from Montgomery County who have also paid the ultimate sacrifice: Officer Terry Griffith, Officer Scott Hylton, Security Guard Derrick McFarland, and Corporal Eric Sutphin. In the event of rain, the ceremony will be held at the Montgomery County Government Center, 755 Roanoke Street in Christiansburg.
