The Blacksburg Planning and Building Department has received an application for a request for a Special Use Permit at 401 South Main Street, Suite 104,(Clay Court building) for a Medical Office in the Downtown Commercial (DC) zoning district. The Blacksburg Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the permit for Tuesday, May 6 at 7:30pm in the Roger E. Hedgepeth Chambers, second floor of the Municipal Building.
