The Downtown Merchants of Blacksburg
| The Downtown Merchants of Blacksburg sponsor the annual Steppin' Out Festival which brings over 30,000
visitors to Blacksburg over a two-day period in August. Proceeds of the festival are reinvested in downtown. The association has provided funding for park benches, brick pavers, the Farmers' Market, the Lyric Theatre, the Hand-in-Hand Playground, and scholarships. Gift CertificatesDowntown Merchants of Blacksburg gift certificates are available in $5 and $20 denominations and can be purchased at the National Bank of Blacksburg on Main Street in downtown.
